I'm Tom, a Creative Director based in London, specialising in motion design, branding and the emerging technologies reshaping both.
At JKR, I lead the Film, Motion & CGI department and serve as the agency's Lead AI for Creativity, running R&D sessions and workshops that keep the team ahead of a fast-moving landscape.
My work operates at the intersection of craft and strategy: I scope and lead large-scale creative programmes, build multidisciplinary teams and bring an on-screen-first approach to brand identity from the earliest stages of thinking.
Recent projects include the motion identity for Meta, the first motion and sonic identity for the Olympics and the 2025 D&AD identity.
I'm also a speaker, most recently at Motion North.
